Refunds & Exchanges

Please notify us of any errors in your order within 7 days of receipt and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue. We do not generally accept returns except in cases of damaged product, a mistake in what we shipped out, or a quality issue. If goods are damaged or defective upon arrival, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days from purchase.

Please contact us with any issues or questions via email info@holysnack.com.au, and we will work diligently to resolve it with either a refund or a reshipment of product.

Soulfoods Pty Ltd does not cover the return shipping cost for the product.
